Join yourself or your child for Taekwon-Do

Joining fees:

Club Joining fee: $40 for an Individual or $65 for a family of 2 or more).

We will send you an invoice for the joining fee and uniform once we receive this form.

*NOTE
All students are also required to join our National Body and renew theor membership annually. Information regarding this fee is on our Tuition fees page. Please ask if you have any questions.
